Lincoln Szeglowski

I am a 2010 birth-year player and a 2029 graduate currently attending Charlotte Catholic High School. As a freshman in the fall of 2025, I helped Charlotte Catholic win the North Carolina 6A State Championship – the program’s first state title in 20 years – and finish the season ranked inside the national Top 10.

At the club level, I play for Charlotte Eagles on the U20 USL Academy and U16 MLS NEXT Academy teams. During the 2026 USL-A season, I earned multiple starts and appearances at age 15 while competing alongside older high school and college players. I also helped my club team win the NAL Carolinas Conference Championship and advance to the semifinals of the NAL National Championship.

My Polish heritage has also given me the opportunity to be evaluated by the Polish Football Association (PZPN). After participating in a Polish National ID Camp in May 2025, I was selected to attend PZPN’s U17 identification camp in Poland in the summer of 2026. The camp is the final stage of PZPN’s identification process for players living outside Poland and includes training with Poland’s youth national team coaches and games against professional academies.

Over the past several years, I have also guest played for high-level teams from across the country at major showcases and tournaments. Coaches have consistently praised my ability to quickly adapt to new systems, understand team tactics, and make meaningful contributions in competitive environments.

I primarily play as a central or attacking midfielder, but I value my versatility and have contributed in several roles, including defensive midfield, fullback, center back, and striker. I take pride in being an intelligent, two-way player who impacts the game on both sides of the ball and contributes goals and assists wherever I am asked to play.

I am focused on continuing to develop technically, tactically, and physically while competing at the highest level possible, helping my teams win, and preparing for the opportunity to play college soccer.
